Stay Healthy and Fit With Oak Tree

Oak Tree's fitness center allows Members to get fit right here at the Club. There is no need to travel across town to exercise. Oak Tree Country Club offers a wide selection of fitness classes, an indoor jogging track, full-time personal trainers and all the necessary equipment to get fit and stay fit.

The Fitness Center is equipped with treadmills, row machines, arc trainers, ellipticals, air striders, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, Cybex machines, a dumbbell rack 5-70 lbs, a Roman chair, a hyperextension machine, a kettlebell/medicine ball tower.
